Director Compensation, HRIS, Benefits ? Center City Philadelphia location
Base Salary $125,000 plus 25% bonus
Eight or more years of progressively responsible compensation & benefits roles
Provide functional and strategic leadership in general & executive compensation, benefits design, implementation & administration of HRIS management
Expertise with highly complex & innovative executive compensation programs
Thorough knowledge of HRIS platforms
Ability to recommend, develop, and implement benefit & retirement programs
International compensation experience a plus
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel and a thorough understanding of statistical concepts
Reporting to SVP of HR ? supporting two HR centers in a multiple company structure
